Everything carrying energy has pretty much become a globally accepted concept. But what is the everything that carries the energy and what is this particular energy? How and why does it carry it? For what purpose? Could it be that instead of this everything carrying the energy, that it itself is pure energy potential manifested into physicality? You are such a manifestation, as is everyone and everything else around you.

Think about it. Our entire universe may very well be an experiment of loving curiosity sitting on another being’s windowsill. Perhaps they are even more excited for our growth than us, and will continue taking loving care of our world in a jar in ways that are only focused on our greatest good. Crystal Reiki is the practice of aligning with the higher good intentions the universe always has for us.

Usui Reiki is an ancient energy balancing art form. Reiki teachings were passed on from mystery teacher (Reiki Master) to student in secret for millennia. It was not until the mid-1800’s, when a Japanese monk named Mikao Usui had a powerful spiritual breakthrough that the vaster consciousness of humanity became aware that a practice such as Reiki even existed. On the 21st day of fasting in solitude on Mount Karuma in Japan, Dr Mikao Usui, sometimes referred to as Sensei Usui, channelled the 5 Scared Traditional Reiki Symbols that are still in practice today.

4.5 Billion years ago the formation of planet Earth sprang forth as gravity began to pull together free-floating dust particles and gases in space into rotating formation. The Earth forming initiated almost 14 billion years prior to that, with a cosmic event we refer to as the Big Bang. It spewed hydrogen atoms throughout space. 6600 Million years ago, Earth as a planet took shape. It was very hot, consisting of mostly molten lava. 300 000 Years ago, our first humanlike ancestors, the homosapien, appeared. We have an even older and incredibly helpful ancestral kingdom – the crystal realm, still growing within the embrace of our Earth mother and host, Gaia. The sun, a very bright star and the universal symbol for bringer of life, was called into being around the same time as planet Earth, 4.5 billion years ago.

Usui Reiki and Crystal Healing practices combined make for a powerful healing session. We come from the Earth, so it only makes sense that the energies from within it can be highly beneficial in rebalancing our energy and benefiting our everyday lives. Reiki essentially does not heal you, because you have never been broken but only mentally projected and perceived yourself to be so in one form or another. By acknowledging and honouring the highest good that you have always been, Reiki in effect reminds you of who you are on a deep soul level. This realisation is then powerfully reflected outwards into your physical experience of life, in what we call positive manifestation, miracles, synchronicities, blessings, flukes, and so forth. But, it is because you vibrate from your soul your own higher truth that life simply matches this vibration in the form of life unfolding in positive ways for you.

Distance Crystal Reiki

Did you know that Crystal Reiki sessions can be fully benefited from as in-person but also as Distance Energy Clearing & Balancing sessions? Time and space does not exist. There is no physical touching during Reiki sessions, literally because this is not necessary. Through the energy of being all right here, right now and by using a specific Reiki symbol, we as Reiki practitioners are able to facilitate a successful session standing right next to you, a room away or the other side of the world.

To benefit optionally from your Distance Crystal Reiki session, you want to set aside the length of our session time, same as you would for an in-person booking. Place yourself in a space that best resembles peace, calm, harmony, tranquility, positivity and ultimately love to you. Listening to soft, relaxing music may contribute to the experience, as might the sound of a water fountain trickling, holding your favourite crystal or perhaps lightning a candle in your favourite colour and scent, turning down the harsh lights. If the best you can do is locking yourself in the staff bathroom, then that is fine too. Action backed by positive intention is incredibly powerful. Booking a session during your sleeping hours is ideal too. Upon waking up you would have received my feedback report on what I perceived energetically during our Distance Crystal Reiki session.
